The Partners for Prosperity Summit, hosted by FinFit with Salary Finance, powered by SHINE at Harvard, was an energising and deeply meaningful milestone.

The conversations went deep—from AI and upskilling, to employee ownership and ethical supply chains. Together, we identified seven key workstreams rooted in research from SHINE and the Harvard Human Flourishing Program. These now serve as our collective blueprint for action.
